To enter the Chinese consumer market, Citroën focused its new website on style and elegance.
Nevertheless, while focusing on the representation of the design and high quality materials on the surface, a state of the art navigation and usability was developed behind the curtain:
A multi-directional navigation allows users to browse the website through scrolling and swiping - like an app on a tablet.
Personalisation features have already been planned to be included in future updates: Based on location, environmental conditions and user interest, individual services from nearby Citroën dealers are offered automatically to users on the website. Unregistered users are offered services driving them into the sales funnel.
An also planned adaptive configuration tool allows users to add features to a vehicle configuration while browsing the website - while always having the final sales price in view.
